Certification Programs

The following certification programs allow Administrators and Instructors to become officially certified on the Dual Code Workplace platform. While similar in scope to the free, self-paced courses, these programs include hands-on practical exercises that learners must complete in a dedicated learning environment. To earn certification, participants are required to successfully complete both a written exam and a proctored practical exam. Once certified, users become eligible to receive technical support directly from Dual Code.
